Why Do Moms Never Feel They are Doing Enough?
*Warning* This blog is much more pessimistic than my usual, and I'm sorry if it upsets or offends.  I'm hoping someone will read it and identify that they may be going through some of the same things as me and recognize that there are some inherent problems with how marriages in our culture operate.  Women do have rights in our country, and we are very lucky for that, but we also have a huge problem with putting way too much pressure on ourselves day to day.

I recently learned from a friend that not everybody has an internal dialogue.  That must be nice, but I am certainly not one of those people.  In fact, my mind is talking so much all the time I feel like I am narrating a book or my own reality TV show.  And I worry.... about everything.  I think this is pretty natural and comes with the territory of being a mom, but I don't like it.  I know the dialogue helps make me a motivated person, but sometimes it really needs to just s…
